GoogleI Was given a date and time for viewing , got there 4mins to the viewing time, their agent wasnt at the property yet, I and my family waited for 20mins , still didn’t get a call nor a text to say they were running late and atleast apologized, called their office , the lady I spoke to , kept telling me her colleague was closed by, and that she would be there in few mins, few mins turned to 20minutes, still didn’t show up. I was there with both my babies, one infant and one toddler and husband. Just wasted our time. I would have really appreciated if I got a call or text, but yet you guys left us there, and it was a rainy day. I’m disappointed and not pleased .
We sincerely apologise for the missed viewing and lack of communication. We understand how frustrating this was, especially with young children in the rain. This was an oversight on our part, and we’ve taken steps to prevent it happening again. We’d be happy to reschedule at a time that works for you.

GoogleAbsolutely disgraceful behavior, changed the viewing last minute and didnt even bother to show up at the new time or if they did, didnt bother to call us to confirm. Left us standing in the heat for 30mins with no explanation. Unprofessional!! We drove all the way from southampton.
We're sorry to read that this was your experience and appreciate how frustrating it must have been, especially after travelling from Southampton in the heat. On the day, our negotiator encountered unavoidable traffic delays and did make contact in advance to advise of this. As we operate with scheduled viewing diaries across multiple appointments, unexpected delays can occasionally occur despite our best efforts. It also appears there was some confusion regarding the meeting point, and unfortunately we were unable to locate each other. We completely understand how disappointing and inconvenient this was for you and sincerely apologise for the frustration caused. Providing a professional service is something we take very seriously, and we're sorry that on this occasion we fell short of the standard we aim to deliver.
