GoogleI would highly recommend allen and harris cause their teams is really good and responsible with customer care and have helpfully hand towards their customer. We have purchased a new house recently and i would say david have been a really helpfull peraon explaining how things work and trying to get our house keys as soon as possible for us. GoogleHad the worst experience ever! The staff were discourteous and very unprofessional. The complaints procedure lacked integrity and have biased opinions on matter that require more than just reviewing paperwork as evidence. I am pretty certain most people who work in this branch are only there to earn a living and hardly care about the rest!

GoogleWe try but the house from different estates agents no luck and disappointment when we call Allan and Harris David Sheridan he is incredibly quick and knowledgeable informed me with every small details by email or phone We get views as soon as it was possible I have now an offer accepted David Sheridan work above and beyond thank you so much highly recommend

GoogleTerrible turned up to a viewing - the lad knocked on the door. No one answered. Rang the tenants they had moved out he wasn’t even aware. Basically no access to the house I turned up to view during my already v busy day. He couldn’t have been less organized and wasn’t a tad bothered he had brought me up there for no reason.

GoogleI would highly recommend The swindon branch from my first enquiry to arranging my viewing to securing me the house. they have all been amazing and continue to be supportive by checking in on me and making sure my sale goes through has smooth has possible. I would highly recommend these guys they continue to offer advice on all aspects of moving.

GoogleDO NOT USE ALLEN & HARRIS SWINDON. The worst estate agent I've ever used. After several sales and rental offers falling through, I had to contact the buyer directly to get the final sale back on track. Including meeting the buyer at the property myself when staff said they were too busy! We collected the keys from them, and returned the keys 30 mins later, and they were all still sat at their desk with no customers. Unprofessional, poor communication, inexperienced, and lazy. They advertised the property for rent without written consent, sent contracts with the wrong details, poor communication lead to rental offers falling through, agent failed to turn up twice for a buyer who had travelled 45 minutes, inexperience led to frustration and missed timings as they didn't understand the process. My experience was so bad, I'm taking my complaints to the ombudsman. DO NOT USE FOR SALES OR LETTING.
