GoogleWe have sold a property previously with Dave, we have found him to be very helpful and nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. We had dealings with other agents, but just didn’t find any of them to be as responsive. Would highly recommend!

GoogleAbsolutely dreadful estate agent, if they can be called an estate agent. They seem to just show people round who are bored and fancy an afternoon snooping around. Have had 3, and counting, branch managers already in 2020 which provides zero continuity. Avoid like the plagueNegativeQuality

GoogleAgreed 1 month before completion, A&H said this was fine. We were told it was chain free, it was not. After wasting money on surveys etc vendor pulled out because they wouldn't budge on 2 weeks notice. We were also meant to be called every week with an update, still waiting.

GoogleVery bad service-it took 6weeks for my property to appear on right move. Terrible photos taken of the property and communication was sparse-noone took responsibility for actions. We also viewed properties with this agents recently and we couldn't actually see them as they'd forgotten to contact the vendor!Very amateur service.

GoogleWorst experience ever. Giving you some dodgy contracts to sign, which haven’t been seen by the landlord yet. As soon as you start moving out process landlord decides to change tenancy agreement the very last minute. Very unprofessional
