GoogleAllen & Harris sold our house which is a bonus. We thought we may have issues in selling our house even though we had a 3 bedroom character Victorian cottage which had lots of space around the house . It had no parking around the house hence why we were not hopeful that we would sell it as everyone wants parking these days. We did sell it. . We had quite a few agents showing potential buyers around the house over the few months it took to sell. Some were more keen than others . Abi was the best and as she showed many buyers around she got to know the house and was very pleasant . Overall we were pleased with the service they offered however our three complaints two of which placed a lot more stress on an already stressful time . They did not always get back to you when you emailed them. Two we found the administrator Lynn very manupilative which is not something we found pleasant . The last thing was a big complaint . Allen & Harris told us that our buyers were going away for the WHOLE of August so if we did not push the sale through by the end of July it would have to be in September to complete . They knew that September was a difficult time for the man we were buying from as he was under pressure to move by August . It was very stressful trying to push the sale through by end of July and it cost us more money for the solicitors to do so but we did it. We found out afterwards that our buyers never had planned to go away for the whole month of August . I found out this through one of our buyers relatives and also our old neighbours . There were never plans for them to go away only one of our buyers went away for a few days . We think it was to get that sale through by the end of the month so it helped with their statistics. That should not happen.

GoogleWe are dealing with Allen and Harris to sell my mum's house so she can move closer to us, Jenny has been totally outstanding she is just lovely friendly and makes you feel very comfortable taking to her, Jenny always gives us feedback on the viewings and what is really lovely she always asks my mum if she is ok when she does the viewing as she knows my mum feels upset having people view her home she is an outstanding lady and Allen and Harris are very lucky having her on they're team, Also everyone else are great but Jenny we deal with most often and we really like her as she is a ray of sunshine

GoogleI spoke to Abi from Allen and Harris in Swindon, she was incredibly helpful and patient with me. I was able to speak Abi about a few properties I was looking at buying. Abi arranged viewings for me and told me about the mortgage broker in branch who could help me assess my finances. I spoke with Jamie who was brilliant. He was professional but also extremely easy to talk to. All in all both Abi and Jamie were extremely helpful, patient and nothing was too much trouble for either of them. I would 100% recommend anyone looking for a house to get in touch with these guys!

GoogleJermone has been amazing, went above and beyond to fit 2 viewings in on one day and made an extra effort to do a viewing after his office hours to suit our hectic lifestyle! He has kept us up to date and I am sure he will continue to do so during the remained of our purchase. I would reccomend him, he has put a very nervous first time buyer at instant ease!! Brendan has also been fantastic and made our negotiate a quick and realistic process!

GoogleWe have sold our home with Allen and Harris. Having predominantly dealt with Brendan, Jerome and Tom, we have been delighted by the overall experience. A traditional Estate Agent such as these are always going to be a little more expensive than the online equivalent but suffice to say, our investment has more than paid for itself. We had to sell quickly so as to avoid being disappointed by our new home being sold to somebody else. Brendan realised the urgency straight away and before photos were even taken of our property, the listing was ready on the website. Everything was taken care of expertly, even the way our children were ‘entertained’ when we had to go into the office and couldn’t arrange childcare. Nothing was too much trouble. I’d most definitely recommend Allen and Harris to anybody looking for a reliable, professional service. The guys mentioned above have gone above and beyond from the start to sort the sale for us - the result being... We have just bought our dream home.
