These people are liars and con artists we’ve received absolutely no support off them. We had damp and mould throughout our house and reported it several times and nothing was ever done or taken seriously. When the lock continuously broke to our front door we rang them for report the issue they’d simply reply that they’re not in charge of maintenance and we therefore had to pay for the problem ourselves. We had to go through them to report things to the landlord and we found them useless in summary.
