GoogleMany thanks to Janine and the team at Astleys with the sale of my late father’s property. It was a very difficult time for us but they were fully supportive from start to finish. They kept me up to date regularly and Janine particularly went above and beyond in helping me with some issues that had arisen. Everyone at Astleys were professional, friendly and made the whole experience pleasant with a personal caring feel. Fantastic estate agents and I’d completely recommend using them.

GoogleWe actually went with a EXP agent before Astley's and in all honesty they were very unprofessional and as soon as the fixed contract ended we came to Astley's after they were recommended by a family member. Natalie came out to value our house and provided a handy information booklet and answered any questions we had. She was polite and professional. The photos they took looked good and viewings came in quite quickly. The team members that came out to do the viewings were all dressed smartly and were friendly. I genuinely trusted them with our home and felt that they would be good with potential buyers. Their portal allowed us to track viewings easily. Also the portal was helpful when our house was going through the sales process. Our sale took a long time to complete due to issues with the solicitors involved (nothing to do with Astley's) but Janine was always on hand to help get things moving. She really did help to push things along and always kept us informed of any updates. Also I would say they are reasonably priced. I would 100% recommend Astley's for their professionalism and continuous support with the whole process. Thankyou all again :)

GoogleI chose this company because of reviews so I feel duty bound to flag up my experience. Firstly, although not made explicit, they will charge you £240 regardless of whether you stay with them for the 18 week contract - so you could stay with them for a year , not have a single viewing and still be required to pay. When we ended with them I contacted them a few times to ask for my key to be returned and for them to take the sign away, but had no response. Eventually I went into the office to pick the key up myself, and the sign is still in my front garden ( it's April now and we ended with them in December), so not overly impressed with them to be honest. We have a superb independent estate agent now- the level of communication, transparency about fees and effective marketing are in stark contrast.

GoogleSold my house with a different agent so this review is my experience of buying a property marketed by Astleys. We had a complicated chain with various issues but it was always reassuring to have regular contact with the team at Astleys. I knew what was happening at each stage and likewise they could check in on progress below. Professional, polite and good humoured. Thank you to Janine and the team there. Mostly dealt with janine but on occasion spoke to the other staff members and all were equally helpful. Starting the house buying journey I didn’t see myself leaving a review for the agents of the vendor, but all credit to them they were excellent. Thank you also from Sarah. Best wishes. Steve.

GoogleAll the staff at Astleys Swansea were very professional from valuation to completion. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future or to recommend them. Nothing was too much trouble & they made the viewings stress free. The block viewings meant it was a quick process and we were very happy with the outcome. GoogleChristine, Janine and all the other members of staff at the Swansea branch were amazing. My house had been on the market with another firm for a few months, within 4 weeks of switching to Astleys my house was sold subject to contract and I have now completed. The pictures Astleys took of my home were great and all members of staff were always happy to help and kept me updated throughout the whole process. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

GoogleI have recently used Astleys in Walter Road Swansea to sell my property. From the first communication, I found them professional, polite , friendly and efficient. I was notified of every viewing in advance and any feedback received promptly. Each time I called in the office, all the staff without exception, was so friendly . A special mention to Sara Copeland who personally kept me up to date whilst I was abroad - she really went that extra mile. I would definitely use them again and happy to recommend their services.

GoogleI don’t know where to start when I think of the entirely positive experience I have had with Astleys. Initially I phoned to view a property I had seen this time last year while out walking. This property had just sold and Astleys could have left it at that and hung up the phone. Instead I had a detailed briefing of all I needed to do to buy and sell a property during a pandemic. Not having gone down this road for many years I was impressed with the attention to detail over the phone. I was only told my options and was not pressured in anyway. With this in mind I knew Astleys would take me forward to my new home. First contact in this case really counted for me. Astleys attended and valued with no pressure and with a short time my house was up for sale. Within a very short time the advert was online looking sharp and professional. The house sold immediately and I have Astleys to thank. Then I bought a house with Astleys and this is where I have to commend them again. From the very start of this process the team were there with me for every little detail. I simply can’t fault them at all. Any issue I had and they were always there for me regardless. They would get everything sorted and get back to me all the time. This moving is a very stressful thing for many people and Astleys managed to keep all aspects of that to an absolute minimum. I can't thank the team enough, I've never had better service. Personal thanks to Sara for being the living definition of above and beyond. Special thanks to Janine and Christine for all my conversations, help and advice. Finally a massive thanks to the entire team. They know their stuff and get the job done. GoogleWe can recommend Astleys without hesitation. We recently sold a relative’s house with a different Swansea company and the experience could not have been more different. We knew that we could trust Astleys right from the start. They are friendly, supportive and knowledgeable. Astleys are also very efficient and a very effective team. Everyone knows what is happening to your property so when you speak to one member of staff, you speak to them all. They are also very competitively priced. As they say, why pay more? Especially when the service you receive from Astleys is so superior.
