GoogleI’m providing feedback as a buyer. The staff at Swallownest Branch are the most honest & down to earth Agents I have dealt with. No hidden agenda or push to sell you financial assistance.! Straight talking and very personable individuals.

GoogleAppalling. Couldn't get to speak to anyone, cut me off twice. I had to scream and shout to make progress. And then they contacted me five times to request the same information as they kept losing it.

GoogleI would not recommend this letting agency. They are not really bothered about the landlord or the tenants they just want to make money. The agency did not take care of the house.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleGreat letting agency. Friendly, helpful staff, property maintenance is managed by the branch rather than outsourced to a management agency. Can’t fault them at all, excellent servicePositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleNot happy with Anton at 2 Roost managing all my properties. Book keeping was not done with the required professional due diligence, rents paid were not credited to my account. I moved to Key2Go.

GoogleDon’t believe the fake reviews here folks. 2Roost couldn’t value a toothbrush in a pound shop. Every property I’ve waisted my time viewing as been at least 10% -15% overpriced. Maybe it’s an estate agent for the dreamers?
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
