Have been Using Wards for many happy years

Have been using Laura at Wards to manage a rental bungalow we have in Wigmore Kent for a number of years. Being a x family home and having our children living in it we wanted it to be treated as a happy home not just as rental property. Laura and her team have given us both a personal and professional service and support through out and made everything very simple for us and the tennants would highly recommend.

My elderly mother purchased a property through Wards in Tenterden. There were several problems with the chain and Becky, Tina, Alex, David and Claire from Wards were all absolutely brilliant and helped to sort out all the issues. They were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Mum definitely couldn't have done it without them.

We were served with a section 21 no fault eviction notice. I phoned up Wards regarding a property that i saw advertised, and a lovely lady called Jade dealt with my phone call. She was very honest about the property I was interested in viewing, telling me that the landlord was looking to sell this property in the future. After taking all my details, she informed me of a property that was just about to come onto the rental market. We were interested but wouldn't be able to view for a couple of weeks as we were going on holiday. After an hour of getting off of the phone, Jade called me back to say the landlord had dropped in the keys, and we were able to arrange a viewing for that afternoon.

She went above & beyond to help us even tho we were not Wards client she kept us up to date at every step , I'm ashamed to say our lawyer treated Maria like her PA but she took it all in her stride. Excellent, quick and helpful service

I recently had a problem with my heating not working properly, so I reported the issue on Sunday, had a phonecall from Wards on the Monday morning and a plumber attended our house on the Tuesday and our heating was back working within an hour! Really impressed with how Wards handled the situation, customer service Tom was brilliant, and Jack our plumber from JPM was very polite and friendly, and gave us the best advice to keep our house warm and what to do dealing with any condensation while heating up the house. Really pleased with how our issue was handled. Thank you everyone involved!

Nick and his team are great!

Nick and his team were great from start to finish, from viewing our new home one Saturday afternoon, to the following weekend, having our own house on the market, with multiple offers and the offer on our new home accepted. There were a few hiccups towards the end of the process, but the team were on hand to help and get everything sorted and we moved without any major problems or delays. Helpful and professional. Maria and her team helped us out a lot. We were visiting from out of town and keen to see as many places as we could while were in the area. She listened to what we were looking for and did her best to show us places that met our needs. She also shared her local knowledge of the area which was a very nice touch. She was great at facilitating the viewings all the way through the contracts being signed and was diligent in answering all our questions and concerns. Finally when I collected the keys on move in day, she presented me with a welcome gift with some goodies inside. She also followed up a few times to see how we were settling in and if there were any teething problems she could help solve. Really great service! :)

We count ourselves very fortunate that when we went into Wards in Faversham, Sam Killick was the person we saw. He's very personable, efficient, and knows the different areas of the town well. He accurately assessed our needs and offered a few options to view. At the first property Sam and we quickly realised that it was not for us, though its location was ideal. Later that day he emailed us, with "I know "abcd" didn't tick all the boxes, but in terms of the property itself I think "efgh" could be the one for you!" It was indeed and from viewing to exchange of contracts recently we've been so pleased that Sam at Wards has steered this through. He even sent us routes of footpaths that we could find helpful. Every question we've asked, if he didn't know the answer straight away, he'd come back to us as promised. He is a super sales manager and a great ambassador for Ward Estate Agents and for the Faversham branch in particular. Without you, Sam, we're unlikely to have found such a suitable home. Thank you so much, you're worthy of every one of the shining Five Stars that I've awarded you!
