It’s been issue after issue with avant. Iv been in the house nearly 5 years, people on the estate longer. AND STILL NOT COMPELTED ROADS AND PAVEMENTS!! 5 years!!!!

So far my experience has been good. My house is beautiful, there are around 10 things on the snag list which will hopefully be dealt with soon. The area is lovely and I cannot fault Alison or Matt who have both been so helpful.
