As a first time buyer, and having been previously let down by another Estate Agents, I was very apprehensive about buying. However, once I met Thomas, this anxiety completely disappeared. He was extremely helpful, understanding, professional, knowledgeable on the local area, a great communicator and gave me great advice. Nothing was ever too big or small for Thomas and he always got back to me with the questions I had asked and explained everything in layman's terms - with a lot of patience for my questions too! At each stage, I really felt like he was with me with the excitement too. He has made my first time buying experience a brilliant one and I cannot thank him enough - I am forever grateful!

I had a seemingly not so easy property to sell and matters made considerably worse by the Covid Pandemic. Other agencies hadn't managed to get the sale pre pandemic so I went to Winkworth.From the outset I felt I was in good hands. Super professional and always available to discuss ideas or ease any anxiety through a hugely difficult time. Gurdeep, Andrew & Raf recognised the quality of the property and know their client base so well that they managed to generate a considerable amount of interest and ultimately ended up selling the property for over the asking price. Important to note that this always felt like a team working together to find the best option for me and I have no doubt that it would have been the same for the other side.I'm not based in the UK but knowing I had the this team managing the whole process was amazing. I am hugely grateful to the Winkworth Team and will certainly be working with them again.

Winkworth Bow - avoid at all costs. Please look at the Google reviews before you work with this branch. Why the management of Winkworth don't see an issue with this is beyond me. We are currently in the process of raising with the Property Ombudsman and would avoid at all costs.

Shilpa & Kevin are a great asset to Winkworth. I am sure my purchase, which was linked to a sale elsewhere, would not have been possible without them. They liaised with solicitors on both sides of the sale and were able to get it over the line with little fuss.

I know you were very disappointed not to have your offer accepted but we had 15 offers on the property in question and the offer accepted at the time was considerably higher than the offer you made. However, we stayed in touch with you regularly throughout the offer process, including gaining answers to the many and varied questions you had prior to submitting your offer. Ultimately though, it is our client who makes the final decision on which offer they wish to accept, and invariably that will result in disappointment for all of the unsuccessful buyers who made an offer. This company refused to rent me an apartment on the last day before I was supposed to move in.EVEN THOUGH I HAD PASSED THE TENANT REFERENCING THROUGH THE INDEPENDENT - BLINC UKI had to rearrange everything as I had nowhere else to stay.Try to avoid these guys.
