We can’t thank Mi-Move enough for all their hard work during our sale, it was a complete rollercoaster from start to finish, but Ashley and Shelley were absolutely incredible throughout. Ashley and Shelley went above and beyond to get the sale over the line, keeping everything moving and never giving up even when things became stressful. Ashley and Shelley were always so polite, friendly, and easy to talk to, which really helped during what can be a very overwhelming process. Very bad contact , 10 months we are living with garage roof leaking, with the owners rubbish in the garden and without dining room because the agency don’t want to solve the leaks problem and we need to keep most of the stuff in the dining room! Ashley is very arrogant and manipulative person! Keep away from them!

Saw a property we wanted to view - unfortunately I called Mi move and got a message saying the 'office was closed'. (It was 9.30am on a weekday.) Emailed instead, Ashley asked for a number which was provided but he never bothered to call. Almost feel sorry for the landlords they represent. Given the reviews and my personal objection to lining the pockets of scumbags I think we'll pass on any of their properties...

The 'manager', Ashley Gray is a highly manipulative individual. My doubts were raised on first meeting him but they do say you shouldn't read a book by its cover so, to my regret, I let my initial impressions go. In short he claimed his failure to protect my security deposit was due to personal issues (a 'victim' response typical of unscrupulous and unprofessional people) he then attempted to con me into accepting an out of court settlement, but not before attempting to convince me I had done something wrong. I was legally advised to stop all contact with him and he was sent a letter from my solicitor which also advised him to only respond to them. Despite this he still attempted to bribe me with a 'conditional' offer - the condition being that I reject my Solicitor and go down his dodgy, unethical and dishonest route instead. I immediately informed my solicitor about this and forwarded Ashleys' email to him. A counter offer to his settlement amount was made (of almost the same amount) but through the more trustworthy, legal and honest route. It has been over 2 weeks now and guess what, not a word........ If you want to be ripped off by a small, greasy man wearing a cheap out of date suit who struts around in the delusion that he is a professional and respected man then please ignore everything I have just said.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We're very happy with the service we received from Mi-Move Sutton. From start to finish they've always been easy to contact, very responsive to our enquiries, and highly proactive in keeping things moving during the sale of our property (which are all the things you want). They were extremely 'straight forward' to deal with and offer very good value for money. We dealt primarily with Clare Rudd, who has been particularly amazing throughout (even helping with a misdirected parcel delivery, several weeks after our move, which is way above and beyond!). Thank you to Ashley and the whole team for getting us moved!

I would like to recommend Mi-Move estate agents for their exceptional hard work and the outstanding customer service that i received in helping my family rent a property. My situation was in no means ideal (in my eyes) but they made me feel so welcome, that i wasn't alone and helped me throughout the process step by step. I personally dealt with Ashley & Catherine (a formidable duo) and Louise who were all friendly, kind, efficient, good negotiators and provided an exemplary service. I would like to recommend Mi-Move real estate agents for the outstanding customer service that we received when we were purchasing our first property in Sutton. They helped negotiate the initial offer and recommended a financial advisor to help secure a mortgage. Working as a team we secured the mortgage within 3 days and then exchanged and completed the sale in less than a month. I personally dealt with Katie, Ashley & Catherine who were all friendly, efficient and provided exemplary customer service. I could not recommend Mi-Move more highly.

I have met Catherine from mi-move on a number of occasions and I have been so very impressed with her knowledge of the market and her integrity in how she conducts her sales and lettings. I wish I had know about her services when I was selling my home as part of a divorce settlement as I would not have hesitated to trust her to sell it for me, in what was a difficult time emotionally. She is honest in her appraisal, clear in her terms and affordable.
