Googleworst agency ever. the guy take my offer and said he will ask the landlord, and since then he was disappeared. I have called the office many times and the agent never answer my call and he never call me back. this disappear is ridiculous. this agency didn't have basic respect to others at all.

GoogleOverall my experience was very positive, much better than some of the other Estate Agents in Sutton. I mostly spoke with the two Sophie's who provided frequent updates on viewing and advice on what rent to charge - very professional and obviously know what they are doing - thank you for all of your help.
