We have using Andrews to manage the letting of our residential property for 25+ years. As ever, we have been thoroughly satisfied with their performance. Here's to another 25 years!We have been delighted to welcome Tomasz Faba of the Southfield branch as our new advisor and first point of contact to help us let our property. Tomasz seamlessly negotiated a slightly tricky tenancy changeover. He was totally professional, very patient, showed great knowledge and experience, and constantly cheerful! Shockingly bad. Andrews have recently taken over the Coop group contract to manage on behalf of the freeholder. It's hard to tell whether they are just grossly incompetent or attempting to defraud the leaseholders by issuing spurious invoices. Either way if I was a freeholder I'd avoid asking Andrews to manage my portfolio.

extremely bad, unprofessional. didn't give us a water reading at the beginning of our tenancy, and after one month of living there we ended up with a 200 pound water bill. very unprofessional, don't know their own job well. it's trash!

So disappointed with Andrews (Bristol) They repaid a substantial deposit back to one of my tenants two weeks into a live tenancy. They said I authorised it even after I provided proof I hadn’t. Not even an apology! So incompetent. Susan Russe.
