Zero stars for Andrews Leasehold Management SW team...have been trying to get a tenant's roof repaired since 12th February. We have left countless telephone messages, e mails, and have even a member of Andrews Lettings team has e mailed our our behalf, pleading for help. Shocking lack of service, empty promises and no results....STILL waiting for a response....

Having organised a viewing for a property at 4.45 today and no one has showed and no one answered any calls.Very unfair seeing as I left work early and had to get a bus to and from the property. When’s the viewing was booked there was no left agreed. Very disappointed and unfair

If I could give 0 stars I would. The worst experience of my life. False advertisement of property and lies, lies, lies from start to finish!! I can’t stress this enough, please go with another estate agents! I can’t put into words how terrible the service I received from Andrews was. Look at the other reviews on here and AVOID!!!!!

I dealt with isaac from redhill and reigate branch as he has been brillaint. He was personable and friendly. He was very prompt with getting our offer put the the vendor. Communication was very speedy too, got our offer accepted and verified documents within about 3/4 working hours!

Luke Levy oversaw the selling of two of my properties and he worked extremely hard to ensure both sales were dealt with, even though at times it was very difficult dealing with some of the solicitor enquiries. I cannot recommend Andrews of Purley high enough and thanks to the whole team including Luke, Brian and Steven.
