Absolutely amazing from beginning to end. So helpful. Emily was very professional but also approachable and made us feel at ease with our sale. Realistic and informed property valuation which helped to sell our property quickly in struggling climate. Nothing was too much trouble along the way. The sale package was really great value. We were kept informed throughout the process. Really helps being able to use their own conveyancer too. Can't thank the team enough. Highly recommended.

I just wanted to follow up on the previous review I left regarding the sale the team secured on my friend’s house within just three months of listing. Once the property went subject to contract on 12th January, the process could not have been more plain sailing. The conveyancing stage was incredibly straightforward, and using the branch’s recommended solicitor, Taylor Rose, made everything even easier. They were super helpful all the way through to completion. Contracts were signed on Monday 2nd February, and the funds landed in my friend’s account the very next day to formalise the exchange, just 21 days (3 weeks) from STC to exchange. Highly recommended for their swift, professional service. I’ll certainly be telling anyone looking to sell locally to use Your Move in Sutton on Sea!

A fantastic team at Your Move in Sutton on Sea. I've been helping a friend to advertise and sell his property with this estate agent. Sarah, Emily and the team are very informative, always kept us updated and always gave sound advice. The house has been on the market for around 3 months and with the marketplace being in a poor state at the moment I was very impressed they managed to secure a sale in such a short space of time. Highly recommended! Thank you!

Selling and buying our properties with Your Move was a good experience from start to finish. Sarah was very knowledgeable, friendly and she was there to answer queries promptly. Having Reece, the In house conveyancer, who's first appointment was in our own home, was brilliant. Reece was very helpful, approachable and he kept us informed every step along our journey. We also had a speedy completion for both selling and buying, 9 weeks. Can't praise them enough

Just purchased a property through Your move. Sarah was very helpful and always on the ball, chased everything down straight away to ensure our purchase got over the line. We wish Sarah was our estate agent selling our property in Leicester as she was more helpful and informed than the estate agent we used. Sarah is extremely knowledgeable and professional, we would definitely recommend Sarah and Your Move, Sutton on Sea.

Ian and Sarah were excellent throughout the process of selling my late parent's bungalow. From valuation to assisting with viewings, and then when we secured a buyer, they dealt with the entire process in a professional and friendly way. I can highly recommend Your Move, Sutton-on-Sea.

This was the second time we have sold with Your Move in Sutton on Sea and we found them very knowledgeable and helpful with the sale of our properties. They managed to sell them in difficult times when the property industry was very slow moving. Sarah in particular was on the ball with every step of the sale, updating us at every stage. We would strongly urge anyone selling to get in touch with them and we can definitely recommend them. Dave Heppenstall. Sutton on Sea.

We purchased a property through Your Move last October.Right from the initial contact they worked brilliantly to ensure everything went smoothly. Sarah, our contact with the estate agency, was willing to show us around if time permitted at a moments notice, as she knew we had to travel over two hours to get to the area.In fact it was her advice to visit a local beach that actually clinched the deal for us.She gave valuable advice on all the things that mattered to us…..local pubs and restaurants( we are to old to worry about schools), and the office was always on the end of the telephone to answer any queries and liaise with our solicitors. As far as estate agents go I can’t rate them all highly enough and would certainly recommend those at the Sutton on Sea branch. Thanks guys.

The recent house purchase was outstanding. Emily, who showed me the property and helped progress the sale was excellent. She was professional, personable and very knowledgeable. The sale went through so quickly because of the support of those in the office. They are a small team but second to none. I would happily use them again and highly recommend Your Move Sutton On Sea .

Sarah was the wonder lady who found us a great house after we just lost out on another on Sandilands. Together with John they really looked after us. We are now almost settled in and loving it. I am on no doubt that we were looked after by a great Estate Agency and thoroughly recommend Your Move in Sutton on Sea.
