Post development, development not complete. All houses sold Gleeson leaves. Roads unfinished, communal gardens not completed, lots of builders waste left on site. Many phone calls to chase Gleason, no response or someone will call you back. Appalling customer service. Would advise people not to buy a Gleason home. Happy to share photos of the mess they have left…… site is Rhodes Point

Competed a couple of days ago and everything is look really good!! Being a first time buyer can be very daunting and Mary was so friendly and helpful, she made the whole experience great and answered any questions I was unsure of!! The house it lovely!! Our experience with Gleeson homes has so far been easy and smooth sailing. We reserved our home in July 2024 and are now currently waiting for a completion date. The sales women Nikita has been amazing since reserving. She has been very accommodating to our needs and efficient with communication. We look forward to moving into our brand new home!

It’s been over a year since we moved into our lovely home and we never had a problem since. The journey was a bit hectic for me as I was pregnant that time and working at the same time but Jackie was fab and very helpful and made the journey smooth for us. Jackie knows exactly what she’s doing, professional, very pleasant lady. I would definitely recommend Gleeson homes in Middlestone Meadows.

Lovely helpful staff… visited Gleeson in Knowsley last week and the staff couldn’t have done anymore to help. It’s really hard house hunting with little ones in tow but Kath and Karen were really patient with us as a family and so helpful even having colouring for the kids! Plenty to go away and think about for us and some beautiful homes to look around… thank you for all the information!

*Updated one week after receiving a reply**2 years on. An update*Almost 6 months into being moved in.The garden has not been leveled by Gleesons. I have had to contact and deal with the landscaping company by myself(which have been very helpful).Gleesons have not contacted me as you may expect from them replying so very quickly this to poor review. Not to mention I've left voice messages and called head office several times over the last month and a half trying to get someone to contact me. The number I was provided as my customer care number is a dud and does not work either.I messaged the project manager who basically fobbed me off saying I needed to deal with the landscaping company... even though they are supposed to have sorted the leveling out of the soil in the garden. They haven't even cut down a drain pipe and fitted a cover. I just have 8 inches of plastic 6" pipe sticking up down the side of the house. The manhole in the garden isn't fitted properly. Underneath the drains are full up of soil which is a concern in itself to their work.**2 year on update. They post very diligently in response to poor reviews. Yet they lie about contacting you. Noone was ever in touch like their social media person on here said they would be. Also. I'm out of my 2 year warranty now and have just discovered. Due to damage in the kitchen ceiling. Their plumbing under the bath has a leak.Do. Not. Buy. Gleesons!

Where do I start, from start to finish everything was seamless! Suzanne our sales manager was brilliant! She was very patience and accommodating from the start. She was always a phone call away and willing to answer any queries we had. We met Steve our site manager later on in the process but what a lovely guy he was, very friendly and helpful. We have had a great experience so far. Dina Al-Asadi has been a tremendous help in assisting us with making an appointment to reserve our first home. Both myself and my partner were updated almost daily by Dina as to when our plot would be released and she was so helpful and informative. We especially appreciate her patience as we would be in touch almost every day with new queries. So far, great experience. Fingers crossed a smooth road to home ownership from here!

Gleeson Homes have been fantastic with customer service from start to finish with helping me buy a new home. Suzanne McGovern who is the senior sales executive at Gleeson homes in Whitworth, Rochdale has been amazing. She has helped me out throughout the process and kept in constant contact with me, kept me up to date every step of the way. I can’t thank her enough. She has helped me select my extras and has made the whole process easy and less stressful. She is also very cheerful and always smiling and it just makes you feel at ease and in a good mood even when things are stressful. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another Gleeson home and if I was searching for one I’d certainly do my best to locate the site that Suzanne was on.

Due to the fact of mentioning the central heating to Deborah's boss Susan having a conversation with her. She took my mobile number and promised to contact me in regards to the issues that we were having at plot 56. She has never been in touch since. I wouldn't recommend Gleesons Customer Care team at all. They ignore your issues and never keep their promises
