GoogleWe have just completed on what became quite a difficult sale transaction, not helped by some of the legal work. I would like to say a massive thank you to Shakila who worked tirelessly to get the transaction to its conclusion. Continually chasing all parties and keeping us updated. I'm sure I must have become a thorn in her side but she was professional, polite and friendly throughout. We finally completed on Friday and a huge thank you goes to Shakila. Based upon her service I will definitely recommend Green & Co at Mere Green.

GoogleWe have recently sold our house with Green & Co and if you're thinking of selling, then I'd absolutely recommend using this company. We felt thoroughly well looked after from first contact all the way through viewings, offer, survey, exchange and completion. I have to say that it's the first time the estate agent I've used paid so much attention through the whole process, as well as adding real value in simplifying communications during exchange and completion stages. We're exceptionally happy with the team at Green & Co: Tara, Jonathan and Jacquie especially, and feel fortunate we found and used such a reliable and professional company. We couldn't have received better service!

GoogleSuperb in every area from valuation to sale and purchase. Jonathon, Tara and Shakila have provided first class service with prompt action at every stage of the sale and purchase process. Call backs, immediate feedback, support and proactive searches for properties in desired roads and area. Nothing is too much trouble for this team. GoogleWe offered over week ago on house in great barr and also sent all paperwork they asked me for. The staff have been telling lies about updates whenever I have called them, spoke to someone called andrea or amanda who told me my offer was highest because I was first to view the house. Then the manager calls me to decline my offer even though I was told I was higher then others - she could not give me a good reason so now we know she is lying as well. Not happy with the manager and staff member at green estate agents great barr. Very poor service towards customers!

All offers were submitted to our client who decided to accept an alternative offer based on the buyer’s position. The offer amount was ultimately not the deciding factor. Our agency staff updated you in a timely manner and provided factual information at all times but must take their final instructions from our vendor. GoogleAgent was obstructive in putting our offer to the vendor until they "financially qualified" us even though we supplied an aip. They kept pressuring to use their financial advice even though we had this already arranged with our trusted advisor. They were rude and unhelpful. Would recommend buyers and sellers to be wary.
