What a company…so we where waiting since summer for 6months for our plot to be available to reserve, and the day they were released it’s been sold out??? I don’t want to tell names of those unprofessional lady’s in the office but we very disappointed. Looks like you need to give extra cash to they pocket to be able to be the first to buy…

Six weeks after the Prime Minster urged construction workers to resume and still no sign of activity on my house. According to the area sales manager “some trades people will return next week (29/07) House completion estimate pushed from June to November as earliest possible date. How can builders outdoors not return until the same week pubs and restaurants can open? Expect continual disappointment over dates if you buy with them

Well where do I start Gleeson home build poor quality houses, once home owners move in they don’t give a damn about you! I have been having on going issues with my property since day 1 and I am still waiting for it to be rectified.

Horrendous experience buying our first home. As soon as you pay the deposit to reserve a plot they stop caring. The house is poorly made, an independent snagger found 159 faults on day one. Gleeson often take 4 +months to “repair” the problems, don’t give you products you paid for and are generally useless

Made an absolute bodge job out the front of my house digging up a hole to make a light connection!Dispite several complaints and messages/emails asking them when they are going to sort it out and tidy up the mess they have left, I just get ignored!Quick to take your money and demand people "cut their grass", yet when shoe is on the other foot - they ain't interested.Be cautious!

TrustpilotNO BUILDING REGULATIONS CERTIFICATE
No building regulations certificate issued 8 months after completion. Gleeson denying wrong doing all though breached their own contract!!! Ceilings collapsing. Roof tiles not secured. Mould in loft & on windows. All flooring uneven. Do not buy a house from these cowboys! The reviews don’t lie…. Unlike Gleeson.

want to buy a house in rotherham with gleeson but they wont let you buy a 2 bedroom house if you own a house you can only buy a 3 or 4 bedroom house they said they have a aggrement with rotherham council and are reserved for 1st time bying only this is ludicrous and i have never heard anythink like it set of cowboys

We purchased a property in Lancashire and had nothing but problems. In the end we got new build surveys in to conduct a full survey they highlighted issues I and around the problems. Insulation missing, problems with the roof layout (Span) and loads more. I thought these houses was checked with the NHBC. We did get the NHBC involved and they fixed all the problems.

I totally agree with what has been said here about the 'cowboys'. I have been dealing with them for the past 7 months.For some strange reason Gleeson think they are in 'business'. This is called 'scamming', not business. This is what you are, Gleeson, a bunch of scammers!
