I wish I Had seen the reviews before I went with Fox & Son. yes they sold our house but for the money they’re charging they put in very little effort. there has been no communication and they never call when they say they will, quite frankly I feel they are just all about the money there is no customer service. I would not recommend Fox & Son‘s Portsmouth office. Very disappointed 😔

GoogleA warm welcome, open to listen to my needs and fears, honest guidance about pros and cons, no pressure but keeping me regularly in the loop with information and progress. I like a straight story, good or bad and that's what I'm hearing. Honest 'I don't know/will find out.' rather than guessing or making it up has been very much appreciated. For mortgage advice tell them 'Kathleen recommended that I speak to Toby 😃'

Crawley branch, , We went on the market with them , they never showed up to viewings , our viewings also never showed up and although they found a buyer we did all the work/viewings and they never chased or called or in fact communicated with anyone - when I complained they said I quote - our fee is not for good service it’s for finding a buyer only

The worst Agency I have tried throughout my three-year stay in Brighton! They advertised a property, handled the viewing and handled most of the paperwork but when the landlord blocked me to avoid returning the deposit they said that they don't manage the property and that they only advertise it!They never told me about the matter and I am left without my deposit with them stating that they can't help in any way!

GoogleFox and sons Bexhill have been brilliant the whole way through even if it had taking longer then we wanted but that was no fault from them. I would especially like to mention Devon who has gone above beyond to get our exchange and completion pushed through she is a credit to there team! GoogleThe service we received was terrible.We paid £210 00 for additional specialist marketing .The photographer arrived late took the photos.After several phone calls nearly 2 weeks later we received details of our property to be authorised. The photos were not that good but the discrption was not my property . I decided to go with another estate agent.I emailed Fox and Sons compaints department.No reply yet .

GoogleWe only had contact with one of the team at Fox & Sons Kyle Logan, and were very impressed at his professional approach and concern for meeting all our needs. If the rest of the team follow suit and follow his lead I'm sure the marketing and sale of our home will be a faultless experience.

I was gazumped by the Portsmouth branch just days before the exchange and lost thousands of pounds in solicitors/surveyors fees. When I first walked into their shop I had a feeling of distrust about the people that worked there but ignored it as thought it was illogical. In the future I will listen to my gut instinct. These people are not to be trusted.

1 star is being generous! Fareham branch staff are very nice but Fox & Son are anything but professional. The whole company is connected with other companies who are also reminiscent of a circus. No communication, treat buyers (also potential clients) like dirt, tell lies, customer service non existent. Will avoid if at all possible in the future but unfortunately unsuspecting sellers will still use them.

They have not communicated or contacted us with weekly reports. They have not discussed why they are not booking any viewings. The photos of our property were of poor quality. They have not provided the service promised or any kind of service in attempting to sell our home. I would not recommend them to anybody.

Fox and Sons Saltash manage my property, Tom and Bethany seem to have a seamless process,and also seem to put my worries at ease. They even found me a tenant in the first week of my property being online. They are a welcoming friendly office, so much so that we normally end up chatting about our personal lives. Staff at their Gosport office very friendly and helpful but when it comes to sorting problems a absolute disgrace. We rented from them and gave a list of items that needed doing in the flat and none of these were ever but right. We have now been waiting four weeks for the refund of our deposit even though the landlord has authorised the full payment.Wouldnever use them again.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
