GoogleSaunders Estate Agents were always very professional and helpful in managing the sale of the flat we move into in Banstead. Both Clinton and Dan made themselves available for additional vists that we requested. Many Thanks Derek & Myra

GoogleHats off to Dan, we had arranged a viewing through Saunders, didn't love the property but Dan listened to our needs and showed us a property that we fell in love with straight away (we made an offer that was accepted within an hour of seeing it). Saunders understand their market and are lovely to deal with as a buyer.

GoogleToo many SSTCs on the site- of no interest when looking For Sale
Agent replied · 19 June 2024
Hi Saska, thank you for your Google review and your feedback is taken on board. We have come through an exceptionally busy period with a large pipeline of sales currently proceeding, hence many under offer or Sold stc. Against this, there has been a real shortage of properties coming to the market but that's easing, so there should be a better balance on our website very soon.
