In all our renting experiences, she has been by far the best letting consultant we’ve worked with. Leaders, as an organisation, also exceeded our expectations. Their professionalism and well-structured processes made everything smooth and hassle-free. We especially appreciated their user-friendly online portal, which allowed us to track every stage, from making an offer to signing the tenancy agreement, with ease. The portal also made payments straightforward and secure. We highly recommend both Sofie and Leaders to anyone looking for a stress-free renting experience!

Fantastic service from start to finish from Marta Dunning in the management team. Marta was always very friendly and understanding as well as prompt to respond to anything that was needed. If it wasn’t for our landlord no longer wanting us as tenants due to having a baby I’m sure we would have continued living at the property and renting through Leaders as the team were great to deal with and really made us feel like real people instead of just “tenants”. Leaders Weybridge got me find a rental property at a very short time and helped me move in smoothly. Kerri Parcell was my point of contact from the very beginning for the lettings. She literally has been there for ever since I got in tough with Leaders. She has went out of her ways to help me with every tiny little thing, making the transition as smooth as possible. I had a great experience working with Kerri. Not only the process of arranging the tenancy was smooth and efficient, i was very skeptical at first because of a really bad experience I had very recently from another letting agency, where not only I was denied tenant out of whimsy of the landlord, but they made it in a way that I didn't even get my deposit back.I shared my traumatic experience with Kerri and she understood completely and was always been there for me advocating for my best interest all through the process. The communication has been always prompt and excellent ; Kerri has always been kind in answering all my queries promptly, putting me at ease.Because of my profession, I was at times unreachable in many occasions but she has always been patient and kind. Thank you so much dear Kerri. I don't what I would have done without you. Even after moving in, Leaders is still helping actively with property management, which is more than I could have asked for. I have changed my mind regarding this Estate Agents. My first review was just one star and I was not impress with how we started. Just wanted to say how much we've appreciated Larissa Tilley, our property manager particularly with our recent issues with the boiler at our property. Larissa acted promptly to our tenants reports of the boiler failure, organising the contractor to visit the property to diagnose the problem and a fix. We were informed immediately, then, when we decided to replace the boiler rather than fix, Larissa worked quickly and efficiently to obtain quotes and provide us advice.
