GoogleI’m assuming the reviews on here are either fake or from people who got their houses straight away. When they don’t wanna give you a house they lie and make excuses, never communicate. Someone needs to put Jade on a communications course because she left us hanging for 2 weeks. It was always me calling her, and when I called always someone else picking up and telling us Jade will call back but that ‘call back’ never took place. Jade also only responded to a total of one emails of mine out of the many I sent. They also didn’t have the decency to tell us that someone else got the house and it was so obvious there reason for not telling us was made up. I think you know when a house goes up for rent when you’re working in a small company. Wasted two weeks of our precious time, two weeks we could’ve used to put in offers for other houses.

GoogleI chose Greenfield to sell my home as they are well known for selling properties in my local area and had a good reputation and it proved to be a great choice. Glen understood my requirements from the beginning and assessed the offers and buyers to find me the perfect match. Glen and Robyne gave me regular updates as the selling process progressed to a successful conclusion within three months. I would highly recommend the Greenfield team.

GoogleI brought a new build property through Greenfield whilst I was waiting for the property to be ready to move into there was a severe lack of communication. Every time I called the agent managing the development they were 'on another call' or 'out of the office' never once over a 5 month period did someone call me back. Then when my house was finally ready no one provided me with the phone number for the developer to arrange handover until I called on the morning of completion to ask what was happening. Very poor service.NegativeResponsiveness

GoogleGreenfield are buy far the best agent we have used. We sold and bought through them. Elliot, Sarah and Robyn in particular were great but the whole team were wonderful. We had previously tried to sell our house but other agents were not very good and didnt get us any offers. Greenfield sold pur house within a week and then when we lost our buyer they resold it withon another week or so. They also found us our dream home and we're very happy. The thing that really stuck with me, was that my wife and i always felt that they were genuinely trying to help us and not conclude just another transaction. We really felt they were pulling for us and putting in a shift to help us personally. They were awesomePositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

The communication was always clear from Elliott and Robyne. GoogleGreenfield Estate Agents has changed my opinion, in a good way... :) In the last 12 years, I have dealt with various estate agents, which have lead to high stress points (even homeless for a week), whilst finding a new home and moving is already stressful... No wonder estate agents in general don't always have the best reputation. We feel very lucky now that the properties we were interested in, were managed by them. From the get go of viewing places, putting in the offer and getting all the admin done in time, to the after care and correspondence, everything felt very prompt and organised. Thank you for the great service!
