GoogleHaving rented several properties through Gascoigne with no issues, we ran into a problem on our last property, Gascoigne area management did a wonderful job of trying to resolve the issues in a professional way, however the local office were not interested in resolving the dispute, this was until area Management got involved. I would have given them 5 stars up until this, but sadly won't be using them again unless it's absolutely necessary.

GoogleExtremely disappointed in the service from Gascoine Halman in Wilmslow. Moved into a rental property rented through them in the town last week which was well below acceptable standard in terms of cleanliness and being ready for living in. Had to spend 3 days cleaning it to make it liveable and despite bring all these issues their attention, they have completely ignored us shocking customer service. Not even a phone call or an apology.

GoogleSelling your home can be a stressful experience but we cannot speak highly enough of the Gascoine Halman team at Wilmslow. Marcus, James and Lucy are very experienced and professional in their approach. They were responsive and supportive to us throughout the whole process and their guidance was invaluable.
