Hunters took over my tenancy from my landlord. Since then they have ignored emails asking for legal documents and repairs the landlord never did. Absolutely fuming because now I can't get any help

Terrible management no valid electric safety cert for 5yrs. Floods in living rm not addressed for 2yrs. Put rent up by 350£ with no updating. Certificates emails ignored. Very poor standard of management. Don't care for tenant needs. Don't manage full stop

If I could give them a minus score I would , awful customer service. To name a few employees who work there Dominika , Monika , Amrit Gosal are absolutely atrocious and so unprofessional. I would not waste your time with this estate agent!!

Hunters stoke Newington N16 the worst. Bunch of unscrupulous agents and staff. They are rude and helpful and do not deal with complaints in a professional manner at all. They were selling and letting my property at the same time and were just useless at both Both sales and lettings staff are incompetent Do not use either

GoogleAmazing, friendly, professional and extremely helpful. You will not find a better estate agents, to sell or buy a house with, within Sunderland. From our initial home valuation with Chris, to our phone calls with Madison and finally all the help and advice from Joanne, we couldn't have asked for a better service. Thank you all so much!

Been calling them more then 10 times. They say they're busy and they will get someone to call back in 5 mins yet no call received since yesterday. How busy can anyone get for 2 days that they cannot call back to their customers. Been trying to book a viewing. NO RESULT.

GoogleThe idea of moving house was putting me off moving house!! However from the minute Hunters got involved it all fell into place. Every stage of the process was expertly managed and I was constantly kept up to date with what was happening. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Hunters to make your move happen.

Very unprofessional company who bully young tenants into doing their dirty work for them to give them less work to do for the next tenants. Very unhelpful and ignorant staff who work in the offices who dont even Acknowledge that you're there when you walk in. Would recommend avoiding dealing with these at all costs.

GoogleExcellent service from start to finish. We were mainly dealing with Joanne who was amazing- couldn’t do enough to help us! They were accessible, constantly kept up informed of any updates and made selling our house as stress free as it could possibly be, whilst getting us a great price for it. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Absolutely pleased with this Estate Agent, helpful all the way through a stressful time. Julian in particular goes above and beyond. Niall sorted things out quicker than the solicitor on the day off moving. Girls in office also helpful and efficient. Would def recommend

Hunters threw me out during the covid, send emails that are the opposite of what they say in phone calls, and talk down to you when they speak to you on the phone. I was at the huddersfield branch, go see for yourself as its run by a bunch of b*tches :)

Stanstead abbotts has a 'Hunters' and it is run by the nicest chap you could hope to meet...Adrian Fallart,He is honest,polite,realistic,and he has a very well looked after labrador who sits out the back.This guy is a complete pleasure to do business with,and I wouldn't hesitate to guide anyone to him.

I've rented with them for 6 years and wouldn't recommend. Took them over 2 months to give our deposit back because they were "busy". They also charged us insane contract renewal fees every year until the law finally stopped them from doing so.

I was absolutely nightmare deal with this letting agent (Hunters at Harbone)They make a lot of mistake in tenancy agreement date. When talking about money, no a single penny is allowed with them.Overall, the worst letting agent in the UK. Highly NOT recommended and give no satisfactory response to complaints.

GoogleHunters were very professional and sold our house in less than a week. The marketing of the property was superb and they kept in touch with us all the way through the sale. If you are thinking of selling then please use Hunters as your first choice. We wouldn't use anyone else now.

I’ve used a few estate agents in the past and have a fairly cynical view of them. However Hunters have managed to change my mind. The service and their communication has been very good all through the process. Highly recommended.

Short, unresponsive team who despite the tag line of “here to help you get there” have provided no such help. Have applied for several properties as well as emailed to ask for guidance moving to a new city with rude responses that they are unable to support.

I had absolutely amazing service when dealing with hunters, they were so professional and kept me involved with every stage of the process. I never had to chase them up for any details, as they were always on top on things! Would 110% recommend.
