GoogleI would like to recommend lee shaw for their services. Thanks to Tracey especially, for going that extra mile so we could move into our home before Xmas. Tracey was our first hand port of call in the end and always contacted us with updates and without her, I would still be waiting to move.

GoogleWe’ve recently sold our house with Lee Shaw and I can’t fault Lizzie and her team in the Kingswinford office. They kept us up to date with everything and went above and beyond with their service to us. Nothing was too much trouble and I would not hesitate to come back to them if we were to sell again. Highly recommended.

GoogleAfter waiting 15mins on hold to speak to a lady called Lizzie to then be cut off. Then making 3 attempts immediately after to call them I was told on the 4th attempt that Lizzie had gone out on an appointment. I was given the same excuse as I was when I tried to book an appointment “that the phones had gone down” (perhaps it would be a good idea to get those looked at). I find this very rude and unprofessional. If they had told me that she had an appointment I would have called back at a more convenient time. It’s called common curtesy. Needless to say I didn’t submit my offer on the property I viewed.

GoogleWould highly recommend Lee Shaw Kingswinford for property sales. Our complicated chain was managed efficiently by the staff at the Kingswinford branch. All staff were professional, very helpful and knowledgable of the local property market. A particular mention needs to be given to Laura who was my main point of contact throughout the selling process. Laura’s calm approach to managing the chain and her effective communication throughout the process was a real bonus. Any queries or questions I had were dealt with efficiently by her and she liaised effectively with the other agents and solicitors involved in the chain to keep our sale moving. Having had recent dealings with a number of other local agents, I would, without hesitation, recommend Lee Shaw Kingswinford for anyone considering selling their property.

GoogleI can't stress enough how wonderful everyone has been dealing with our sale and purchase through their office. Laura has played a really in making this journey as stress free as possible, dealing with all our enquiries and requests in a very professional, efficient and friendly manner. She's a great asset for the company and I would highly recommend Lee Shaw to make your house sale a worry of the past. Overall they kept us updated as much as humanly possible on every step of the process and were very responsive to all the on-demand enquiries we kept throwing at them playing a medium communication role between our sellers and buyers. GoogleWe've had amazing service from this branch! From day one, they were professional, on the ball and the most hard working estate agents we've dealt with. Nothing was ever too much trouble for the staff and they always replied extremely quickly to both calls and emails. Throughout what can be a stressful process, the girls here made us feel relaxed, informed and they completely had everything under control! They're all so easy to talk to and it feels like you've known them forever! We certainly wouldn't use anyone else! Definitely use them if you want efficient, effective service with the friendliest people in the business!

The team at Kingswinford (partricularly Lizze, Laura and the viewings team) have been excellent in dealing with numerous viewings, knowledge of the potential buyers and giving advice as well as being readily available when needed. Also their follow- up when we had selected a buyer was very helpful and helped to ensure a smooth and easy transaction.

GoogleI rent from lee shaw have done since October 2020 I find them very professional the lovely lady we dealt with to find us our property as we were in a rush to move was Nicky in the lettings part of the kingswinford branch and she is great. Also They are allways at the end of the phone if you have any issues .
