TrustpilotA delight!
My experience with Oakheart has been excellent, there are always prompt and helpful. Alesha, particularly, is wonderful, extremely helpful, understanding, and really good at getting problems solved quickly and effectively. She, and Oakheart at large, made moving so so much easier than previous experiences with other estate agents

GoogleSo impressed with the service. They communicated with us so well, frequently updating us etc. The moving home box and card was a lovely touch too. We would use Oakheart with no hesitation next time.

GoogleVery difficult to change to a different estate agent even after the contract had expired, a staff member needs to be more mature and professional. Fed up with excuses.

TrustpilotColchester’s Best Estate Agent
After many years of dealing with various Colchester estate agents as both a tenant and as a landlord I’m delighted to have found Oakhart. They really know their stuff and the whole team are refreshingly honest, enthusiastic, on the ball and genuinely interested in their clients. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Absolutely dreadful. After several calls and two online messages sent over the past 10 days, still no response.
Hi, we are sincerely sorry that you have had this experience, please email us your name and original enquiry to info@oakheartproperty.co.uk so that one of our directors can investigate and resolve this matter.
