GoogleI made a cash offer on a property £2000 under the asking price, so nothing riduclous. Then didn't hear anything. No call or email. Nothing at all. Very poor customer service

GoogleValued my house the same as expensive estate agents, then sold in a week at just over asking price. Saved me about £5k on agency fee's. Was easy to use the app to view offers and chat with potential buyers. I feel Strike are utilising technology to provide a great service at low price and this will be the future for selling houses.

GoogleAwful service. Did not hear from them in over 8 weeks. Yet our local agent in the chain emailed us all the time and were the complete opposite to Housesimple. Do not use them! Pay the money and find a local agent that will know you and your house. They also try and take down negative reviews online so be aware of their tactics.
