GoogleTerrible service, No return calls, told people would get in touch and when they never and I called again, I was told that the person who was going to call me was on holiday. So asked if another member of staff could call me and nothing. When I used the on line chat service I was told by the system that I would get a call when the office opened the next day by a member of staff...……….Nothing. Instead the occupier of the house I needed to access rang me and they said that Lamberts had ask her to call me to short out issue with their letting. SHOCKING

GoogleJoel's service levels were exceptional. After dealing with several estate agents who basically couldn't be bothered, he was a breath of fresh air.
