Sarah and all the staff at Hamptons were wonderful and made what could have been a really traumatic experience in a world which has changed so much since their last purchase relaxed , supportive and smooth. GoogleI can't speak highly enough of the service that we got from Amy, Sarah and Nicola on the sale of our house. The initial consultation, the professional marketing and the help we got in some of the sticky parts of the process was outstanding. From first call to agreed sale was less than 5 weeks! Highly recommended.

Matt, my assigned agent, was extremely efficient and helpful in making sure that the sale went ahead smoothly. Everyone in the Stroud office is friendly and always helpful. GoogleWe 'signed up' with three different estate agents in the Stroud/Nailsworth area. Sarah Parry of Hamptons was by far the most energetic and pro-active of them all. She took the time to understand our needs and constraints, she steered us firmly away from properties that would not be suitable for us and guided us those that would. We were very happy, in the end, to have settled on a property that she had introduced us to. We would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling property in the area.

All the staff were so friendly and professional and their knowledge of the local area and customer service in helping me find the right home was exceptional. Staff were quick to respond to any queries throughout my purchase to keep me informed and offer the right advice at the right time. I had no hesitation in using them to sell a property too, and they continued to make the process relaxed and as stress free as possible. Absolutely great service, thank you.

GoogleHopefully we will never have to move house again, although if we found ourselves in that position, we would not hesitate in engaging the services of Hamptons in Stroud. All of the staff we're so professional in every aspect of helping us to find a buyer. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and all of the staff were aware of whereabouts in the proceedings we were at any one time, and their advice was so helpful when important decisions had to be made, My Husband and I would like to say a huge Thankyou for all your help, and good luck for the future.

GoogleWe have been dealing with James and I have to say that he has provided us with excellent service. After making intial enquiries in November 2013 re selling our property James quickly came back to us advising us about a family who could be interested in our property; from that moment things have moved relatively quickly and we exchanged contracts today. It was the most hassle free selling experience we have had; being kept up to date at regular intervals was really appreciated so full marks for communication. As the exchange date was looming James did everything to speed this process and again this was very much appreciated. GoogleWe had a great experience with Sarah from Hampton's, and she wasn't even our agent! We were first time buyers in the UK, so pretty clueless about the whole process. When we found the house we wanted buy, Sarah, the sellers' agent, was so helpful right from the word go. She was able to arrange a viewing exactly when it suited us, talked us throught the offering process, explained all the steps and technical terms, was kind and supportive when we hit some temporary mortgage snags, and basically just helped us every step of the way. We love our new house so have no plans to sell it any time soon, but if we ever do we will most definitely ask Sarah to help us!

She even helped us find an independent solicitor after we were struggling to find someone that wasn't overcharging us.
