Right from meeting Andrew and Sarah both clearly acknowledged the process for moving house and what fees were involved as well as recommending solicitors to us. At all times we felt at ease and if any questions ever arose they were met with promptness and professionalism every time! The house was photographed and looked stunning in the brochure and online which led to a sale pretty much as soon as it went live! I am in the initial stages of getting my property valued and cleared for sale. My house has proved very difficult to value with some valuations from certain estate agents being completely ridiculous. I am not an estate agent but I know the area I live in and what comparable properties have sold for and Amy's valuation has been one of the best by far in my opinion. Out of 5 estate agents, Amy was the only one who showed me properties Hamptons had sold of a similar nature to my own and also the only one who picked up on a potential access problem to the property. This could have affected the value of the property and potentially caused serious issues with a neighbour. So far so good. Well done Amy and Hamptons!

We worked with Hamptons to purchase a property and in particular Nicola Simpson. This started when we were still searching and they helped us a lot with letting us know when things come on the market and arranging visits etc as we were not living in the area at the time. Having found the right property, Niccy did a great job helping move things along to quite an aggressive timescale that the seller wanted to work to., we were very grateful for the fast, efficient and friendly service. If we have need of an estate agent again, then Hamptons will be top of our list - buying or selling.
