GoogleSarah (P) was amazing from start to finish. She always acted in her clients interests but was inventive, supportive, responsive and resourceful in supporting my interest in one particular property. She is solely responsible for allowing me to dream about owning a challenging property - it was a rocky road, she kept me sane and we were rewarded with exchange of contracts! Thank you so much Sarah - you are a true professional, a credit to your company & your client.

GoogleSarah Parry of Hamptons Int' Stroud has been assisting us for approx 18 months whilst we have been looking for a house within a very limited area. She contacted us recently and due to her excellent contacts was able to offer a property that had not yet come on the market. The property was spot on and we offered the next day. The purchase has gone through and we would recommend Sarah to any prospective buyer or seller, she has been excellent and totally professional throughout.

GoogleMy experience with Hamptons was generally very good. However, my experience with Sarah Parry was absolutely outstanding. As a new buyer to the area I received pretty good service from all the agents I spoke to but dealing with Sarah was special. It goes without saying that she was always efficient, friendly and helpful but I really appreciated the extra support she gave. Things like inside knowledge on the locations, comparative prices from other sales and a very balanced approach to sales pointing out potential drawbacks as well as the advantages. Nothing was too much trouble including meeting us for a last minute viewing on her day off. In the end we did not buy a property from Hamptons and strangely, I felt guilty that I had let Sarah down!

GoogleHamptons kindly took on our property to sell after it failed to sell with another agent over a 6 month period. As soon as we'd met up with Liz we realised we'd made a serious mistake in not asking Hamptons to market the property first time around. Their professionalism, infectious enthusiasm, determination and diligence filled us with confidence and within 4 weeks they had found a buyer for our property. During the whole process they were faultless and we cannot recommend them highly enough. Many thanks to Liz, James and the team - Excellent!

Sarah makes you feel you are special, listens, gives you her time, nothing is too much trouble, she makes you feel like a friend, she has a passion for her job, is very knowledgable of the subject and the area. She has been enormously patient with my mum's decision making, keeping calm and professional throughout, and helped us achieve exchange in just 4 weeks by literally dashing to the vendor's house to pick up some crucial documents. GoogleWhat a thoroughly dedicated, professional team you have at Hamptons in Stroud! This was a highly challenging sale, from a combination of very difficult market conditions, our house was unusual, and when the right offer came in, it was attached to a long chain. Ruth, Sarah and their colleagues worked tirelessly to keep the process on track despite endless exasperating delays and deferrals, and we finally got over the line. Going far, far beyond our expectations, the whole team was a pleasure to work with.

GoogleI chose Hamptons because the agents managed the sale of my mother's house 5 years ago and achieved the asking price. The agency team are very professional and worked with my individual circumstances brilliantly. However I do feel the need to give constructive criticism. The communication wasn't as good towards the closing stages of the sale and I felt undervalued by the end. I asked for some essential instructions concerning the house sale to be passed onto the buyer, then had to phone many times to chase it up, as no call back after a week,only to find it hadn't been done. The process would have been less stressful if the communication had been transferred clearly to the buyer and to me I would have given 5 stars if the communication had been consistent through to the end of sale as it had at the start.
