GoogleReceived deposit back 11 months after moving out, 100's of emails and wasted time. Carefully consider renting a house with CGT as impossible to deal with and don't stand by advice their staff have given in writing. I've dealt with a lot of letting agents, and CGT are the absolute worst I've come across.

GoogleWould definitely recommend. They were refreshingly Profesional, freindly and helpful, the complete opposite of there nightmare neighbours. Ali even watered my pet spider whilst I was on holiday.
