Since approaching Your Move office at Strood to let our house, we were met with expert help and sound advice by the lovely Lettings Manager Kerrie Gardner. Everything was made so simple for us and we were updated daily on all matters.. Kerrie and Ryan Macpherson are to be congratulated on their professionalism and excellent team work.
We have dealt with many Estate Agents for Sales and Lettings, Strood branch are by far the most Knowledgeable, aproachable and proffesional team we have ever dealt with. Your superiors can be very proud in that they have a great team at Your Move Strood.

GoogleWe used this estate agent a couple of years ago to manage our property when we moved 300 miles away, they did the bare minimum that was required, rent was always late causing us to be in arrears with our mortgage yet they did nothing about it apart from calling the tenants who chose to ignore the calls, when it came to selling the property we couldn’t believe the state it was left in, our beautiful family home was left filthy, sockets coming off the walls, soiled nappies etc yet we were helpless being so far away. Your move were useless from start to finish, avoid if you can, worst experience we’ve encountered, we wasted so much money on so called atrocious management of our property, staff were clueless and we were passed from pillar to post, never ever had an apology or anything from this estate agent and just ate our money

GoogleSTAY CLEAR..Unfortunately giving one star is the minimum so I'll have to go with that..I would stay very clear of this branch of your move and if you do make the mistake of signing up with strood be very aware that being incompetent helps you win a job at this place,without going into detail a word of warning if you have to deal with branch manager Pauline she'll let things slide and then lie point blank to your face, she could lose you your dream move and still charge quite alot of money for the experience ..strood highstreet is littered with estate agents so choose wisely. "FAILURE IS SUCCESS TURNED UPSIDE DOWN" paulines words not mine..shouldnt really fail in the first place.

The biggest mistake we made was using Your Move to rent our property fully managed.
A total lack of care, due diligence and professionalism has led to a service far worse than we could have expected resulting in unsuitable tenants refusing to leave my property. If you're looking for a reliable, carefree and professional service such as the one your move claim to offer- use a different letting agent.
