My Agent was Kieran He was fantastic and very easy to talk to but also informative. Renting a property is very scary but he was genuine and to the point and very friendly, it became very easy to trust him and to feel relaxed. I recommended him to a couple of friends who are also looking to rent a property but have little knowledge and don't know where to start. We went to see a property with Jacksons. It was pretty bad; the salesperson was fairly useless, but many estate agents are. He took us to see one with a huge basement that could be converted, it was a game-changing factor about the property, and he didn't even mention it. We only found the basement because my partner was extra inquisitive. The person showing us around seemed as surprised as we were that this part of the flat existed. Not sure he was even aware that there was a basement. I feel sorry for the people who listed with them. In the end, it wasn't for us, so he took us on to the next on his list, another he didn't really know about, but this one was great. We decided to book a second viewing at this property a week or so later and called him up to arrange it. The person who answered was his manager, so I attempted to book in with them, expecting someone a bit better than the person who showed us around. Instead, they were rude, pushy, and generally just a terrible salesman. No idea how such a clown could be made up to manager. The property was/is supposedly under offer, and in the space of our phone call, it went from having had interest to definitely being gone in the next 72 hours. As someone who's worked for almost a decade in sales, I was honestly blown away by the poor level of service or sales acumen. He clearly didn't care even a little bit about our potential business, was condescending, rude, and short, snapping and then explaining how 'buying something works' as though we were children. Even forgetting the fact that I'm in sales, I was still rocked by this as though every human being on the planet doesn't know what buying and selling is. The first bad experience was one I half expect when meeting estate agents, with many very young, want-to-be 'Wish' versions of city traders, it can be very hit and miss, so it was easy to forget about. But the second experience with someone supposed to be a manager legitimately made me laugh when I got off the phone, shaking my head at the clownery. Clearly, this company are just full of jesters. I wouldn't recommend listing with them, having experienced what they are like at the other end. Something that may be known by their clients, considering many of the properties they list are also repped by other agents. Unfortunately, on the buying end, we don't have the option to just ignore this comedy parody of a company and have to deal with them if we like one of their properties.

We had a great experience with Jacksons Streatham as first time buyers. We were on a tight schedule so had been dealing with a number of different estate agents. Drewe immediately understood what we wanted and only showed us properties he knew we would love. We found somewhere quickly with Drewe's help and have since moved in. Jacksons make the process easy and this is in no small part down to Esta, who is there to guide you through the process every step of the way.
