Me and my girlfriend have just purchased our first house. As many of you will know this can be an extremely stressful process and ours was no different. The only shining light in this process was Peter at Jacksons Streatham. He was always willing to talk on the phone and was able to have a laugh and provide valuable advice when various mortgages were withdrawn and our solicitors mysteriously disappeared on the completion day (apparently they were on a 3 hour lunch). Jacksons were great and Peter in particular made this process bearable. Very professional and I would recommend Jacksons (we will be using them if/when we come round to selling).PositiveQuality, Professionalism

To say we had a fantastic service from Jackson’s would be an understatement! My partner and I were first time buyers and maybe (definitely) out of our comfort zone, however we had no need to be! Our estate agent, Katie, did the impossible, she has made me rethink my assumption of estate agents! The service we received from her was incredible! She would always go above and beyond for us, and it was her personal touch that made us comfortable and confident in our purchasing of our first home! You could tell that not only did she care about her job, she cared about us. I can not recommend highly enough, and if you do go in looking to buy somewhere - ask for Katie! I would give her 6-stars if I could!

And as things got closer to the end, the key member of staff on our sale was as good as we could possibly have wished for. . I highly recommend Jacksons and our experience with David Fernandes (Manager in Streatham branch). We initially booked in a viewing with David for a completely different property and it was due to his insight to match us to a place we may not have otherwise considered or seen, which we instantly fell in love with. Having now just completed in record time, which is largely due to David’s management of the sale to manage both the previous owners expectations and ours, we are in our new home! Moving house is a nerve wracking experience but because we were always in regular contact with David and he had such a good relationship with both us and the owners, the stress levels were kept low.

A very disappointing experience with Jacksons Streatham in the purchase of our property. To summarise concisely, the conditions of our accepted were broken twice by Jacksons and risked the purchase of the property - when we express our upset at this, there was no apology and absolutely no sense of customer care. We were originally told this was due to something the sellers requested, but our solicitor established that this was not the case and was an agenda being pushed by Jacksons to serve their own interest. We indicated that this risked the purchase of the property and Jacksons offered no apology for lying to us and said that the property could be put in the market again, such was the interest in the property. Upon completion, we were told that we would receive a case of wine but only if recommended Jacksons to another person. After such a significant purchase, we received the keys inside a paper folder - not even so much as a bottle of wine or a bunch of flowers. We will not use Jacksons Streatham for the purchase or sale of any property in the future.

Jacksons Streatham branch got us an offer within a couple of weeks of our flat going on the market, which was fantastic given we had the flat on with two other agents for most of 2017 and didn't receive one offer. They priced the property appropriately, sought out the right kind of buyer, and received a swift offer within a reasonable price bracket. We are only at the beginning of securing the deal but so far have had great customer service. Would highly recommend.
