GoogleWould not recommend. Not trustworthy. My sister and her husband was looking to buy their first house, wasted their time and money. Waited for them to pay for everything, At the end they decided to sell the house to someone else. Everytime they try to contact them, they will say that they got some other call to receive and would contact them asap but never did. They even talked with the manager Stephen but he hanged up the phone on them. Talked with this lady named Gemma and she said “if you want to complain then here’s a email you can complain”. We have had bought houses from other agencies before and never had these kind of problems, really disappointed. They have spent months trying to buy the house they liked. All the stresses they have gone through. They could have looked for other houses but the agency said dont worry you will get this house from the start. Don’t waste your time on this agency. GoogleI have recently been looking for my first property with my partner and I got told by a family member to use this office as they highly recommended them and told me that the manager Steve had been round to do a valuation on their property before. They said he was one of the nicest gentleman they have ever met. We was greeted by a lady called Abi, who has shown us a couple of properties and went above and beyond for us. Abi explained the whole process to us as we have never done this before. We would highly recommend this office to anyone, the customer service was amazing and were both so helpful.

She’s been looking for a property for quite a while and really wants to stay in Stratton. She’s said she’s seen so many properties with loads of agents and could cry. BUT Miss O, said the only Estate Agent she’s dealt with who has been amazing is Branzon. She said he’s really great at keeping in touch with her, he actually has listened to what she wants so he isn't bombarding her with loads of different properties that don't actually meet her criteria and he’s done his upmost to help her!
