GoogleI experience excellent service from Kennedys. As a first time seller, I was guided every step of the way and they intervened brilliantly to ensure the sale went through to both clients' preferred timescale when the solicitors were being unhelpful! Would definitely recommend.

GoogleWe have just bought our home with kennedys representing it. Our experience with Nikki was absolutely fantastic, she was a complete professional from start to finish. We visited many homes over a 3 month period so dealt with a lot of the estate agents in Stratford and I have to say that Kennedys stood head and shoulders above the others.

Not quite sure who is putting these negative reviews on but they have not used our services.

GoogleA great service from Nikki and Adrian from start to finish. They have a professional, fresh approach to selling houses with a personal touch - far removed from that provided by some "traditional" estate agents who charge significantly more. A good value for money, fixed fee approach with the added bonus of knowing that a donation to the air ambulance charity is also being made upon completion of the sale. I would highly recommend Kennedys to anyone and will definitely use them again if selling in the area.

GoogleVery arrogant,” No sale No Fee “ very misleading and untrue. Oh and don’t hold your breath, if you’re expecting a return call .

GoogleI would highly recommend Kennedys. Can’t fault Adrian and Nikki’s professional and friendly service. They worked extremely hard on our house sale and onward purchase, always keeping us informed with regular updates via WhatsApp or phone call. Nothing was too much trouble. Thanks for everything

GoogleKennedys went above and beyond, and I want to thank them wholeheartedly for all the support they have given to me, and the excellent manner in which they conducted the sale of my property. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
