Liz suggested properties for us to see and I think was instrumental in helping us secure the ideal flat. GoogleMy girlfriend and I lived in a property managed by Dwellings for 4 and a half years. From our very first experience with them, the initial viewing, we found them to be thoroughly professional, attentive, prompt, and personable. If we ever needed assistance, or a replacement application etc, Dwellings were on it in a flash. And they were also excellent in regularly communicating updates with us for any work that was to take a little longer. As mentioned above, we also found all of the team to be friendly and personable. We loved our time in our first home, with Dwellings playing a significant part in that experience. And so we cannot recommend them highly enough for anybody looking to rent a property in the Warwickshire area.

GoogleI have been dealing with Dwellings on a managed rental property for the last two years, compared to past estate agents managing rental properties, the team at Dwellings are outstanding. They have always been happy to answer queries and be the middleman with the landlord for any remedial works and respect your privacy when it comes to inspections/annual works being carried out. Because of this I've stuck with them and not wanted to look at moving on just for the sake of moving on, thanks to everyone at Dwellings!

GoogleDo not rent with this agency - they left us in a mouldy property for 3 years and did not do their duty in making the landlord fix anything. Our health suffered terribly as a result, and now they have rented the same disgustingly mouldy property to a family who have a child with severe allergies. They only care about getting your money!

GoogleI was renting a property with Dwellings of Warwickshire for a year and from my very first encounter I was less than impressed and thats just continued to deteriorate over the course of that year. When I was first interested in the property I ended up renting they were slow to respond and sort things out even though I told them I had a short time frame to get moved in and was eager to get it all sorted. Personally I feel the customers energy and enthusiasm should be matched by the company and it never was with Dwellings. I found myself chasing them up a couple of times which I really feel I shouldn’t have to. I found unnecessary extra charges as well once I received my contract eg: it said £30 would be deducted from my deposit as a fee for them inspecting my room and the admin was a lot for how little I felt they did and the quality of service I received. When moving into the property I wasn’t even given an inventory so I had to ask about this and sort that myself. No one at Dwellings even gave me the keys themselves, relied on the other tenant for that, and didn’t even give me the Welcome Pack, that was sent in the post. With an estate agents I would expect to receive this stuff in person. While living at the property I contacted them as I had a complaint about my landlord breaching my contract and no one even had the decency to reply to this email and acknowledge it, never mind sort out the problem and compensate me for it. At the end of my contract I had to chase up the release of my deposit. I was told I’d left something so asked Dwellings for my landlady’s details so I could arrange returning them and yet again I never even got a reply. However, when they made an error themselves and didn’t charge me for something they should have the try contacting me twice in one day. I find it quite funny how they think they can contact someone twice in a matter of hours when they want something but can’t even bother themselves to reply to my emails when I had a complaint and needed the landlady’s details. Since leaving the property I’ve emailed Dwellings to say how disappointed I am with the service I received from them and again no one even had the decency to reply to my email with an acknowledgment or apology. I wish I’d rented somewhere else in hindsight as it would have saved me a lot of unnecessary hassle and money as looking around I was being massively over charged for the property I was renting but being tied into the contract there was nothing I could have done and even if there was their incompetence probably would have prevented it. I wouldn’t recommend Dwellings of Warwickshire to anyone if they are looking to rent, if anything I would tell people to avoid them after my experience. From someone looking to rent as well they never pushed to show and advertise properties so if you’re thinking of putting your property up to rent with them you will properly have no luck finding someone and if you do there complacency would hold you back from finding tenants.

Absolutely fantastic service, sourcing the right property for us when it seemed an impossible rental market, keeping us up to date and informed every step of the way! I can honestly say I really felt I was treated as an individual and not just another tenant looking for a property. Excellent value for money too! I would highly recommend time and time again. GoogleI stayed in one of property managed by Dwellings for 2 years. I found them very responsive to fix any issues during my tenture. They are having expert team of professionals (electrician, plumber etc.), who knows property inside out and can fix all problems very quickly. Lousia particularly been great help. I would strongly recommend to work with Dwellings without any hesitation.
