GoogleI have got to know the company pretty well over the past couple of years and they have always tried to resolve any issues I've had by supplying various contractors to address the job or problem involved, but it was quite recently that they went over and above. Mark kindly went out of his way to alay my worries regarding an issue I had since leaving the property. He didn't need to do this and I'm very grateful. He's always extremely courteous and willing to help.

GoogleWe are currently in the process of moving for the second time with Dwellings having rented through dwellings for just over a year and I can’t speak highly enough of them. Jade, Louisa and Mark have all moved mountains to help us find the perfect home to settle in and make the move itself as painless as possible. I suffer with anxiety and they have never made me feel stupid when I’ve called up panicking and needing reassurance. It feels like you’re moving with family not just someone who wants a signature then move on to the next! Whenever there is a choice I will always choose Dwellings!

GoogleSeriously brilliant. We have used a few agencies in the Stratford area through buying, selling and renting property. Dwellings have been nothing but brilliant in the rental and management of our apartment. Louisa and Jade respond to emails within an hour, they solve problems and are just wonderful. Our flat has had a few issues which they have solved straight away. We are so so thankful and grateful to have them as our agents. Thank you team. :)

GoogleHaving moved from abroad to a new area, I can honestly say Jade and Mark at Dwellings helped us secure a fantastic property within the required timeline due to our dogs arriving. They made our needs their priority and helped us so much not only at the beginning but have continued to be supportive throughout our contract. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to move to a new property. They go over and above and are always at the end of the phone should you need them to assist should anything arise. 10/10.

GoogleI recently found myself needing a property to rent in Stratford and fast, it was over the Christmas period and nothing was open, so on their first day back I phoned up and managed to arrange a viewing for that afternoon, I agreed to rent the property and the paperwork was signed off double-quick and I got the keys within three days. Considering the time of the year and COVID restrictions; Mark, Rachel and the team bent over backwards to get the let agreed in such a short space of time. I've had several previous experience with letting agents elsewhere and have yet to come across the diligent, professional and friendly service that the team at Dwellings gave to me. They are approachable and keen to help solve any problems in an efficient and timely manner, I couldn't rate them more highly. Thank you so much for helping me at such a difficult time.

GoogleThe boiler in the property I rent through Dwellings stopped lighting and was making an awful noise, I contacted them in the morning and it was all done and working by he time I got home from work, perfect! The lady I dealt with Liz was very efficient and also friendly which makes all the difference as I hate reporting problems but she made it easy. Thank you, top job!

GoogleWe were having significant difficulty finding a rented property for a 6 month let, agents not returning calls, generally dishevelled and run down properties. Then we stepped away from the estate agents and went to Dwellings ( A dedicated letting company) - what a difference - contact was good from the start, the process was smooth, the property great. Throughout the let we had good service, and prompt deposit return when we completed - Can't fault the service - especially from Jade - Thank you!

GoogleAbsolutely the best, very happy to help and support people ,the staff of Dwellings in Stratford-upon-Avon helped me and my partner to fund the property in about a week, and after 2 weeks we were able to get the keys and start move in. We will forever thank you girls .

GoogleThe only one who accepted to do a videocall visit on WhatsApp and to book the accommodation and arrange my arrival in the house while still remote in another country. Saved my life ! Also been very good at following up and helping when anything happens. I recommend them.
