Martyn and Jo have been excellent, I have used Belvoir lettings for 7 years with a constant rental on the property. This has been very important as I live abroad. I have to reiterate what a fellow Landlord said "Martin went out of his way to assist me as a new landlord". The whole team at Belvoir are excellent . Jo has been wonderful in alI have never had to worry about my Insurences being renewed and any claims processed. The property is looked after and all the statutory inspections are carried out and on time. I have had an excellent experience with Martin, Jo and the office staff and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I started renting my property 7 years ago and spent time with all the local agents assessing their capabilities and eventually selected Belvoir. I felt that Martin was an honest and decent guy and thats probably why I used Belvoir to start with. Since then I have enjoyed a faultless service. Jo keeps absolutely everything moving along, Getting me tenants, references, inspections, paying me, paying suppliers, looking after legalities etc etc. Its effortless for me, yet I know my property is in safe hands. I think i've had just 4 weeks without tenants in 7 years, money comes in like clockwork, faultless.

Martyn and Jo have been excellent support for me over the past 6 years of renting our property out. This has been very important as I live abroad. In fact when I first purchased the property (I inherited an excellent tenant) Martin went out of his way to assist me as a new landlord. This was not just being an efficient Letting Agent, this was actually going out of his way to assist. He is excellent and deserves all his success. Jo has been wonderful in all aspects of making sure the property is looked after and all the statutory inspections are carried out every time - and on time. We have used Martyn and his team to manage our property since early 2009. As overseas landlords, we need a manager able to provide a hassle-free service that requires minimum involvement from us. Martyn has always come through with flying colours in this regard. We have not had a moment's anxiety about whether the rent will be paid, whether the house is being properly cared for, whether the tenants are getting prompt help if and when they need it, or any of the other issues that can cause headaches for a long-distance owner. In the four years we have worked with Belvoir, there have been several changes of tenant. Each time, Martyn has found us an excellent replacement within only a few weeks. Besides being a thorough professional who knows the business inside out, Martyn welcomes us like old friends whenever we make one of our occasional trips to Stratford. Last year, he and Jo went out of their way to set things up for us when we used the house ourselves for a month or two, and to pack away and clean up after us. I would recommend this agency to anyone looking for the absolute best in property management.

I had moved abroad and needed a team I could trust to look after my property and my tenants, and Belvoir have succeeded with this. They have always been available to discuss my needs, and provide me with industry and regional updates regardless of whether I'm calling from numerous time-zones away, or dropping in to the office unannounced. They've ensured I'm paid promptly, whilst also responding rapidly to tenant questions and concerns. I have been dealing with Belvoir Stratford for 15 years. Initially they managed the letting and management of a property on my behalf. I have never had any problems with the tenants and only ever the minimum of time between one tenant and another. When I recently visited the property for the first time in a number of years, I was pleasantly surprised at the excellent condition of the property. This is entirely due to Belvoir checking prospective tenants and regularly monitoring the condition of the property. Belvoir have now marketed and sold the property for me. I received good advice regarding the sale and even in this climate it sold within a few weeks. The staff have always been exceptionally pleasant, helpful and efficient and I thoroughly recommend Belvoir as both letting agents and estate agents.
