Knight Frank have been letting my apartment for me which is situated at Royal Docks, Canary Wharf. I have had nothing but excellent service for the duration of 17 years I have been with them. And just recently Ahteshaam Ahmed in the accounts department has been most helpful and polite with my request.

Having been overseas landlords for many years we know that good property managers are hard to find. Our experience has been quite mixed, but Daniel Lloyd (Knight Frank) has been one of the best we've worked with. He is diligent, proactive and works to find solutions to problems. We need more property managers like him.

Very unsure about this company bought a new build from them paid deposit last NOVEMBER after being told on the day that the houses were at roof level and be ready to move into in June. We are now one year later and still no house, surely the seller of the house should be able to tell the buyers when it should be completed. Had I known I would be a year waiting I never would have purchased the house.

GoogleWe elected to use Knight Frank as agents to sell our house never have had prior dealings with them. Jamie Youngman was the Senior Negotiator who was assigned to us and from the onset inspired us with his confidence and knowledge of the market place. He has a very honest and likeable approach when dealing with us and we were very much guided by his thoughts and recommendations. Once our house was "under offer" he really went the extra mile in seeing the sale through to completion. For him, nothing was too much of a problem and throughout the whole process he was extremely professional. Our thanks and gratitude go to him.

I have been referred to many tax consultants to handle my property tax matters as their fees are cheaper. However , I still stay on with KF Edwin Chan from the tax dept . He is very professional, responsive and efficient in advising on my tax queries . This is particularly important for overseas home owners as we are not familiar with UK tax systems . It’s really nice working with Edwin ;)
