Fantastic people, ok process

We have come across too many sly and pushy estate agents during our search. To meet Louna from knight frank (tower bridge branch) was refreshing. She was dedicated, genuine, sincere and responsive throughout the entire process, from viewing to move in. She helped us secure a great place. Would highly recommend! Onboarding process / tenant referencing technology could be improved though, to save the back and forth manual emails.

I recently purchased a property that was listed with Knight Frank. The offer process was handled by William Ward-Jones, we were kept updated frequently until a response from the seller was received and it was handled incredibly fairly. After our offer was accepted we were assigned a sales progressor, Giselle Holman who kept us informed of the sellers buying status and ensured the process was moving ahead at an acceptable rate. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase a property again through them in the future!

Fantastic service throughout from Will and all the team at Stratford Upon Avon. Unlike many agents there is no dependency on just one person. The team are fully briefed on each other’s portfolio, so that any query we had could be discussed and addressed immediately. Particularly impressive was the commitment to progressing the agreed offer through to early completion. This was done at pace and nothing was allowed to slip. Sale agreed to completion in just seven weeks was down to Knight Frank being across everything: buyer, vendor, solicitors, surveyors etc. First class!

Daniel, at KnightFrank quickly arranged for a technical assessment to be carried out.A technician called and discovered worn out components and again Daniel stepped in to gain approval for rectification work to be sanctioned. This work was carried out 12 June. Now, there is no noise from the boiler, and the shower unit works perfectly. Very effectively managed.
