Literally I have never received such consistently poor service as I have endured for over a year now with Knight Frank. It literally beggars belief how poor the service is. Absolutely zero contact, no accountability, no follow up. I have dealt with agents in my area for 15 years and have never experienced anything like this. Consistently sub par service, almost unbelievably so.

GoogleOur experience of Knight Frank could not have been better!. We had employed two agents prior to appointing KF - neither could be compared with KF for the excellent service we received - particularly from Will Ward-Jones. The sale was extremely difficult but Will was with us throughout what was a very traumatic and worrying time. He kept us fully up to date - speaking with us almost daily and giving us the support and reassurance we so much needed. We have already recommended KF's services and in particular Will Ward -Jones to two or three people and will not hesitate to do so whenever the opportunity arises.
