GoogleSelling a property after the death of a parent and dealing with the probate system is an emotional time. So it was so reassuring to meet Will from Knight Frank . He was professional and friendly and I felt we could trust him and the company to take over the sale. Communication was excellent, any email or phone call to Will was returned very promptly. We were kept informed constantly during the process. Also thanks to Andrea, who had a whole day of viewings at one point, and also the staff from the office who kept us up to date with viewing times and feedback. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Will and Knight Frank again for any future sales.

I let a small property with Knight Frank - tiny relative to most of their clients I imagine - but the service I receive from George Manolache is exemplary. The real win is the personal touch - the humanity and understanding in all correspondences for landlord and tenant alike. George sorts out all the usual property issues when letting, but exhibits understanding of situation and context and perhaps most importantly, the people involved. I let a few properties, George is by far the most amiable, as well as efficient person I deal with, and I appreciate his calm demeanour. If you let with KF, he's a good man to ensure the best for people and property alike.
