We needed essential works completed before new tenant arrived. We was on holiday and Olivia (Lettings Negotiator) was amazing supplying and coordinating contractors to complete the works within 48 hrs! Having accepted an offer, this is where they really excelled with Olivia relentlessly communicating with all parties along the chain to understand what issues there might be, suggesting solutions and keeping us informed throughout.
