TrustpilotGenerally a good service.
Whenever I’ve had an issue it has been reviewed and generally the problem has been rectified. The app does appear to be temperamental at times making it impossible to log an issue, but this soon rectified itself. On occasion, when the problem has been with the company who manage the building, I’ve been directed to inform them myself. I do not see this as my job as Hamptons are being paid to manage my property and should deal with all my queries. It is not my fault there are 2 companies involved.

My Hamptons property manager - Shahena Ali - is always accessible and extremely professional in her communication. Moreover, she perseveres to find a solution in case a problem comes up or at a minimum always ensures that I'm always updated on critical matters while patiently working with my tenants, outside contractors or her internal colleagues to address the matter on hand.

My recently appointed property manager, Gemma Ward, has waded well in troubled waters and taken on my quirky Barnes townhouse with finesse and aplomb. Though my long-term tenants are wonderful people they do not excel at, shall we say, "on-site" situational awareness. Unfortunately this means that light bulbs or alarm batteries are not replaced, boiler filters are not cleaned, and the property has recently suffered a wave of faulty mishaps.But rather than being overwhelmed Gemma has stepped right in and done a professional, polite and efficient job -- recommending what to do, how to go about doing it, and then acting on it. Of course it's still a small sample size but so far I'm very impressed with Gemma. Her sense of caring reflects the best of what Hamptons has to offer. And I hope that she'll be on board for a long time.

Our property has been managed by Hamptons for over 5 years and we have been very happy with the service both from the letting aspect and the ongoing property management side. Sonja and Pollyanna in the Marlow letting office are excellent and handle the letting professionally and efficiently. Mandy, our current property manager, is the best we have had in the time with Hamptons. She deals quickly and effectively with any thing that crops up and was particularly 'on the ball' with our recent change of tenant.

I have been using Hamptons for a while, and they've always provided a great service. I have been in contact with Elle Seaby and she has been a superstar. She answers my emails quickly and is always coming up with solutions to my problems. She contacts me immediately with any issue to do with the property and even follows up when I forget to answer. Would highly recommend her as well as Hamptons to anyone looking for a property manager.

We’ve been using Hamptons to manage our two properties in the Bath area for the last 15 years or so as we work overseas. After a slightly patchy start with some less capable managers, Rebecca Hitchman has cemented their service at a solid five stars. Professional, responsive, smart and efficient, she is everything you’d want in a property manager. The back office work, contract preparations, accounting, etc has all been excellent - a huge relief when so far away…

I think we currently have a far from uncomplaining tenant in my flat. In my opinion, she has been dealt with very well given the somewhat wide arc of her criticisms and demands. Whilst these complaints about noise in the vicinity might be very reasonable were the flat in the countryside, I may not be alone in thinking them not entirely well-grounded in Knightsbridge.

GoogleWe couldn't recommend our experience with Hamptons - Stratford-upon-Avon enough. We have relocated from Australia and it was their proactive approach that made our move possible. From first meeting Sharon she was responsive, professional and just got it. Our dealings with Anna and others in different branches have also been 10/10. This is a review focusing mainly on the property management aspect. We have recently switched to Hamptons after a very poor experience with our previous management agent (chestertons). Having a good property manager that cares and is reactive and responsive has been unfortunately very rare from our experience. Yet it is so important to make landlords feel comfortable that their property is in good hands, and for tenants to feel comfortable in their home. Luckily we've been assigned Nicole D. who so far has ticked all the above boxes. Responsive, courteous and seeking good and swift solutions. So far due to this positive (albeit short) experience with Nicole we give hamptons high recommendation and will provider further reviews as time passes and we have more extensive experience with them. Good start, keep it up.

Hamptons Property Management takes away any problems we have had with our multiple properties for the past 9 years. Elizabeth and Alex sort out any issues with minimum of fuss and really go the extra mile.
