GoogleAn unfortunate experience with the commercial team. Absolutely zero communication throughout once property was viewed. Terms had changed for the deposit, understandable but even then no communication. Promised a phone call back from Oliver, 3 days in a row, but never received anything not even an email. I had to always be the one constantly on the chase only to find out the property would no longer be available for let. I have missed out on multiple other opportunities whilst waiting for this. As per usual, it is the clients fault and never their own. As Jos mentioned she would not be forcing them to make a decision when earlier on she could have just mentioned that only a sale would be considered instead of leading me on.
A very unpleasant and unprofessional experience.
