GoogleAn unfortunate experience with the commercial team. Absolutely zero communication throughout once property was viewed. Terms had changed for the deposit, understandable but even then no communication. Promised a phone call back from Oliver, 3 days in a row, but never received anything not even an email. I had to always be the one constantly on the chase only to find out the property would no longer be available for let. I have missed out on multiple other opportunities whilst waiting for this. As per usual, it is the clients fault and never their own. As Jos mentioned she would not be forcing them to make a decision when earlier on she could have just mentioned that only a sale would be considered instead of leading me on. A very unpleasant and unprofessional experience.

T & F were easy to deal with, all staff were always at hand and efficient, courteous and what’s more successful in selling our property, due mainly to their market persistance and local knowledge and contacts, where others had failed. I cannot recommend their services more highly.

GoogleStow on the Wold branch ( Commercial / residential property ) I had a property which had been on and off the market for a considerable time due to unforeseen circumstances . Rob was driven and consistent during the ups and downs . I met Oliver a few months ago when the property was remarketed . I could tell from the first meeting that he was determined and passionate and so important to me , he took a real interest in the property . The sale went through last week ! GoogleJames & Alison were so helpful and kept us up to date all through the sale of my elderly mums house. I had regular phone calls and they chased up solicitors and buyers and kept me informed of each step they took. They also took the time to visit my mum and inform her. I highly recommend them to deal with your property.
