Very unsure about this company bought a new build from them paid deposit last NOVEMBER after being told on the day that the houses were at roof level and be ready to move into in June. We are now one year later and still no house, surely the seller of the house should be able to tell the buyers when it should be completed. Had I known I would be a year waiting I never would have purchased the house.

GoogleBuying a property through Knight Frank in Stow was a truly positive experience, with none of the stress usually associated with house purchase, through the sheer professionalism demonstrated by Helen Waddilove, who was willing to put herself out to facilitate viewings at very short notice and even out of normal office hours to meet our availability and needs. Once our offer had been accepted, she was unfailingly swift in following up any subsequent queries we had of the vendors and her communication was first class throughout. I would have no hesitation in working with her and the Knight Frank office again.

GoogleMoving is never easy but Knight Frank in Stow, particularly Helen Waddilove and (also Victoria and Lee) made the sale for my very elderly mother ,co-ordinated by me 700 miles away a kind, considerate and very professional experience. Always in communication, up to date and with sound professional advice we managed to complete to a lovely family. I can thoroughly recommend Helen for the service and going beyond the call of duty. we definitely had value for money, but more importantly my elderly mother had the consideration and care I would hope to show her myself. Also this sale took place without a sign at the property, to prevent cold calling of interested parties. Helen you are a star and thank you so much.

From our original meeting, communication was efficient and effective. Advice on how best to market a property that had been in the family for over 50 years was handled sympathetically and with great knowledge of the local market. The sale process itself, was very effective, with a large number of viewings managed efficiently in a short period of time, with a sale achieved in excess of the asking price. Helen helped us manage the process remotely, and even helped secure local tradesman, when we needed some emergency repairs. Thoroughly recommended.

GoogleWe've just exchanged and are about to complete on our new home near Stow. During the process the whole team at Knight Frank have been extremely helpful, professional and most of all friendly. Helen has guided us through the sale, keeping us updated regularly, liaising with all parties and even finding us a builder when the mortgage company required a quote for some renovations! It's not been easy, but Helen has been amazing the whole way through, making the process a lot less stressful than it could have been. Thank you, and for the Knight Frank toy car which our little one loves :)

He is very professional, responsive and efficient in advising on my tax queries . This is particularly important for overseas home owners as we are not familiar with UK tax systems .
