From the three agents who valued the property we needed to sell Alice from Walton & Hipkiss was the most enthusiastic and seemed confident that she could get more for it than the other two agents. Once on the market Claire was very communicative and towards the end of the sale process Jo kept her finger on the pulse by keeping a dialogue going with all parties. Overall, a very professional service and nice people to deal with. I would recommend the team at the Stourbridge office without a second thought. Our thanks to you all.

I arranged a viewing of a property to let. Went to see it and met the agent. I expressed interest the next day and wanted to proceed. Since then, my communication with them has not been responded to either by phone or email. After several calls to them, I'm none the wiser as to the progress of the said property to let. Recently sold our old house and bought a new one through W&H and can’t recommend them highly enough. Dealt mostly with Jo and Alice and they’re both lovely and super helpful! Extremely unprofessional!!! They rejected any verified ID copy from overseas solicitor and even UK solicitor and kept requesting buyers to have ID verified by the bank for performing due diligence check, while the bank reiterated that they DO NOT offer such service. When the buyer responded that he could have a UK solicitor to clarify the requirement under AML regulation. W & H just ignored it and the transaction fell through ultimately.
